Shipping policy

Ultrasonic, LLC Shipping Policy is as follows.

 

After an order is placed, 48 hrs (2) business days for processing.  Your items are then shipped out upon receiving the payment and shipped according to the option you pick.   Shipping is based on business days and business hours of M-F 8-5 CST.  Shipments will be delayed due to holidays. 

*NOTE if you have received a shipment confirmation and your package has not been delivered you will need to contact the shipping company.  Once the product leaves with a shipping company we cannot change a shipment or track down orders.
